Public Realm Works

Kitchen Civils were awarded the Public Realm Works for the Bridlington regeneration project in March 2020. The public realm is part of an overall plan to regenerate Bridlington town centre into a more pedestrian friendly area. Working collaboratively with earthworks contractors, gabion contractors, pilers and landscapers, this project ran smoothly with all parties.

Scope of Works

  • All preparation works for paving including edgings, foundations, Aco drainage, land drainage and stoning.
  • Remove an existing bridge deck and dispose off site.
  • Work around live highways and pedestrians to achieve the works.
